The sign up form on this website is your first step in the application process. Simply, complete this form and your application will be reviewed within 10 working days. If your application is successful an invoice will be issued to cover the full cost of your membership for 12 months. After payment is received details of how to access the Label and all supporting resources will be emailed to you.
